Shashi Tharoor tweets about Madhu's second poetry collection Stick No Bills

Madhu met Shashi Tharoor at the Mathrubhumi International Festival of Letters 2020 in Trivandrum Kerala. Madhu was a featured poet at the festival. Shashi was kind enough to read the first poem, take a picture of it and later post it on his social media handles on Twitter and Facebook.
